The following are the Terms For Use and Policies for this website. Anyone that uses this site in any capacity, including those who place an order, agrees to all of the Terms of Use and Policies listed on this page. 


PRIVACY  

William's Pens considers your privacy to be of the utmost importance. William's Pens will not under any circumstance knowingly share or sell any of your personal information that is collected about you from this site. If you have any questions regarding your privacy, please contact us before submitting any information. Any information will not be given to anyone except as necessary to conduct business (i.e., process payments, ship packages, etc.) or as required by law (i.e., court order, subpoena, etc.).


SECURITY

When ordering merchandise from this site, the entire transaction is handled through PayPal. Any information you give is between you and PayPal. We don't see any of your financial information. 


SHIPPING POLICIES

 Items purchased from William’s Pens will normally ship within 3 business days using USPS Priority Mail, unless you request a different method. Priority Mail is the most affordable and allows for tracking of your shipment. The base shipping rate is $6.00, within the continental U.S. However, if you order multiple items, and they fit in the box, there is no additional charge. Delivery confirmation and insurance is included.

International shipping varies by country. I will find the most affordable expedited shipping to international customers. Once an international shipment leaves my hands, I cannot control the customs policies of the buyer's country, so take that into consideration.

Any special orders are shipped within 2-3 weeks to allow for the order of materials and the time required to complete your item. Please contact me if you have any questions or shipping requests.


RETURN GUIDELINES

William's Pens offers a satisfaction guarantee on all products. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for repair, replacement or refund. Returns must be prearranged by email within 7 days of receipt of shipment. Shipping charges are the customer's responsibility. All items are inspected before they are shipped. I pack items carefully, but should an item(s) arrive damaged from shipping, you may return it for a free repair within 7 days of arrival. Arrangements for a repair or replacement must be made by email prior to the item(s) being returned. No refunds will be issued if the item shows signs of mistreatment or misuse.  Delivery confirmation is highly recommended. We cannot be held liable for returns that do not arrive back to us. All returns must be sent insured and postage paid. USPS small flat rate boxes are an affordable, tractable method, and I suggest it for returns.


REPAIRS

If you accidentally damage your pen or require work on it, please contact us before you send it to us.  We will give you a "best guess" cost for repair based on your description of the work required.  Upon receipt of your pen, if the actual cost of the work is more than 30% higher than quoted, you will be notified prior to work commencing.  At that point you may authorize the work or ask for the return of your pen.  For repairs, postage both ways is the responsibility of the owner of the pen.


PAYMENT OPTIONS

We prefer PayPalOur shopping cart defaults to this secure check-out method.  Through PayPal you can also use MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, or debit. No account with PayPal required. We will take a credit card by telephone and process it through Square (receipts are available through an email or text message).

Checks & Money Orders - William's Pens also accepts also accepts certified checks and money orders. Payment by personal check is possible, but your order will not be shipped until your check is cleared. Residents of California are subject to California sales tax.
